Takabe Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of the Takabe platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and agreed to everything on this page.

Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register on Takabe. One account per person is permitted. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on Takabe are processed in BDT via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are credited instantly. Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours subject to identity verification. Minimum deposit is ৳10.

Bonus Terms

All bonuses on Takabe come with wagering requirements that are clearly stated before you claim them. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before a withdrawal can be requested. Abuse of bonus offers results in account suspension.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your Takabe login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Takabe will never ask for your password via email or chat. Report any suspected unauthorised access to support immediately.

Responsible Gaming

Account Closure and Disputes

1 Introduction

Welcome to Takabe. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and Takabe ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing takabe.asia, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

Takabe is an online gaming platform designed for players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in BDT and are intended for entertainment purposes only. Gaming involves financial risk. Please play responsibly and only wager what you can afford to lose.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on Takabe, including but not limited to live casino games, RNG slots, bingo, Teen Patti, and any promotional offers. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Takabe platform.

These Terms were last updated in January 2025. Takabe reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility

To register and play on Takabe, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be a resident of Bangladesh or otherwise legally permitted to access online gaming services.
  • You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with Takabe or any affiliated platform.
  • You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Takabe employee or contractor.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

Takabe reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method after deducting any bonuses received.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one Takabe account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. This information must match the details on your government-issued ID and your mobile wallet account. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

Takabe may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Verification documents typically include a national ID card, passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.

  • One account per person, device, household, and payment method.
  • All registration details must be accurate and kept up to date.
  • You must notify Takabe immediately if any of your registered details change.
  • Account sharing is not permitted under any circumstances.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Takabe are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Takabe supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No currency conversion is applied — what you deposit in BDT is credited to your account in BDT, and withdrawals are sent back to your mobile wallet in BDT.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳10. There is no maximum deposit limit, though Takabe reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts at its discretion for security or compliance reasons. Deposits are credited to your Takabe account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to identity verification being complete. Takabe does not charge fees on withdrawals, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100.

  • Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.
  • Withdrawals will only be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
  • Takabe reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawals.
  • Deposits made using bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.
  • Chargebacks or payment reversals will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

If your deposit does not appear in your Takabe account within 15 minutes, please contact support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt a second deposit until the first has been resolved.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Takabe offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Offers / Promotions page at the time the offer is active. In the event of any conflict between the general terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met using the bonus funds before any winnings generated from those funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier for each offer is stated clearly on the promotion page before you claim.

  • Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, household, device, and payment method unless stated otherwise.
  • Takabe reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
  • Bonus funds that remain unclaimed after the stated expiry period will be removed from your account automatically.
  • Attempting to exploit bonus offers through coordinated play, multiple accounts, or any other method constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
  • Takabe reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if abuse is detected.

Voucher codes obtained from unauthorised third-party sources may not be honoured. Only use voucher codes from the official Takabe Voucher page or from direct communications sent by Takabe.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on Takabe — including live casino games, RNG slots, bingo, Mahjong Ways, Plants vs Dino, Teen Patti, and all other titles — are governed by the individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the rules of each game before placing a bet.

RNG games on Takabe use certified random number generators that have been independently audited. Game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be influenced by the platform, the player, or any third party. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all RNG games.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, Takabe will attempt to resolve the round using the last confirmed game state recorded on our servers. If a round cannot be completed, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account. Takabe's decision on disputed game outcomes is final after a review of the server logs.

  • Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
  • Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface.
  • Takabe reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a software malfunction.
  • Using automated software, bots, or any other tool to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

7 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Takabe account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Do not share your login details with anyone, including friends or family members.

Takabe will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive a message claiming to be from Takabe and asking for your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

  • Use a strong, unique password for your Takabe account.
  • Do not access your Takabe account from shared or public devices.
  • Log out of your account after each session, especially on mobile devices.
  • Report any suspected unauthorised access to your account to Takabe support immediately.
  • Takabe is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

8 Responsible Gaming

Takabe is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. These tools are available to all registered players at any time from the account settings section of the platform.

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
  • Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you after a set period of continuous play.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Takabe. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

  • Creating more than one account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate account.
  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or gain an advantage in any game.
  • Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live games.
  • Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such issues must be reported to support immediately.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
  • Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute legitimate transactions with your payment provider.
  • Abusing the bonus system through coordinated play, multiple accounts, or any other method designed to extract value from promotions without genuine gameplay.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusing Takabe staff or other players via any communication channel.

10 Account Closure and Disputes

You may close your Takabe account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met and no outstanding disputes exist.

Takabe reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that the account has been used in violation of these Terms. In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct, balances may be forfeited in full.

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding a transaction, game outcome, or account decision, you must contact Takabe support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. Takabe will review all disputes against server logs and account history and will communicate its decision within 10 business days.

Raising a chargeback with your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the issue through Takabe support is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

11 Limitation of Liability

Takabe provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Takabe's total liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. Takabe is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

  • Takabe is not responsible for losses caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.
  • Takabe is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to read and understand game rules or bonus terms.
  • Takabe is not responsible for tax obligations arising from winnings. Players are responsible for their own tax compliance.

12 Privacy

Takabe collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on Takabe, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in that policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

Takabe will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with payment processors, identity verification providers, and other service providers necessary to operate the platform, all of whom are bound by confidentiality obligations.

13 Changes to These Terms

Takabe reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "last updated" date. For significant changes, Takabe will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Takabe platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
